Warranty Policy


This Limited Warranty is extended by AccuView to the original purchaser of the AccuView product and is not transferable. AccuView warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original purchase. If the Product becomes defective during its warranty period, AccuView will, at its option repair or replace the Product with new or reconditioned components or parts. If the Product is purchased under refurbished conditions, AccuView will provide a 90 day warranty.


Should your Product prove defective during the Warranty Period, please contact AccuView Support. If your Product is eligible for warranty service, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and given shipping instructions. Please include a copy of the original purchase invoice or proof of warranty registration with your shipment. Postage, insurance and shipping cost incurred in returning your Product to AccuView or its authorized service provider ("Service Provider") for warranty service is your responsibility. AccuView and its Service Providers are not responsible for any loss or damage to the Product while the Product is in transport to or from AccuView or its Service Provider. A Product returned for warranty service must be shipped complete in its original packing material or equivalent to avoid damage while in transit. You are solely responsible for shipping charges and other costs incurred in connection with the return of defective Product to AccuView or its Service Provider, as instructed by AccuView.

1. Please complete form below to request a RMA (Return Authorization) from Accuview.2. Once RMA is approved, an RMA # will be issued and emailed to you3. When shipping the monitor(s), please pack them well with good quality box and protection to prevent the unit(s) from damage.4. Use black marker write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box5. Please insure the monitor(s) in case of shipping damage by the courier6.
